(emacsclient): Depend also on emacsclientw.exe.
($(BLD)/emacsclientw.exe): New target.
(install): Install emacsclientw.exe.
($(BLD)/cvtmail.$(O), $(BLD)/emacstool.$(O)): Remove obsolete targets.
(ECLIENT_CFLAGS): Remove redundant flags.
